Participants of the seminar discussed topical IT issues: 'What are the corporate business requirements to information technology?' 'What are the IT budget, project investment system, and budget expenditures?' The seminar also highlighted issues related to IT service planning, the quality management and deployment of a modern IT infrastructure that makes an immediate impact on business competitive strength.

"During such business trips, CIOs can meet and discuss our mutual problems," - said Sergey Mednov, IT Director, Alfa-Bank. "The IT Leader Forum brought up a critical topic: How to convince CEOs that modern businesses need an adequate IT budget and that the IT budget is a must for IT industry progress?"
