The IT Leader ForumThe IT Leader Forum will be held on October 18, 2016, at the International Multimedia Press Center of Russia Today International Information Agency (RIA Novosti).
The key topic of the IT Leader Forum is ‘Internet of Things: Today’s Business Opportunities’.
New technology era has many names, including machine-to-machine connectivity era, Internet of Things (IoT), digital transformation, and digital economy. All of them convey the same idea: IT is becoming integral part of products and services rather than just a tool to create them.
Experts in various industries will discuss how built-in sensors, cloud technology, and Big Data will allow us to solve the puzzle posed by huge volumes of corporate data and see new business development opportunities. In addition, experts will also discuss how the new reality will force companies to rethink their strategies, business processes, service delivery forms, and even production process management.
IoT will erase boundaries between various industries, and only those companies that can adopt digital transformation and promptly rebuild their IT infrastructures will become leaders in their market segments and expand areas of their businesses.
As part of the Forum, there will be two discussions on leveraging IoT in the fight for customers and IoT adoption in the manufacturing and public sectors. In addition, market experts will assess the development of advanced technologies in the Russian market and the consequences of their adoption for companies.
